  • 350 g mushrooms
  • 100 g red pepper

preparation

  • Wash the mushrooms thoroughly, cut off the earthy part of the stems, then remove the remaining stalk, cut it into slices and save them as you will need them.
  • Clean the peppers and remove the seeds.
  • Chop the garlic cloves and chop the parsley. Keep half a clove of garlic and some parsley separately.
  • Fry the garlic with the oil until golden brown. Then remove the garlic.
  • Now add the cut stems of the mushrooms, the parsley and the chopped bell pepper to the oil. Then add a little water and salt as needed and let everything simmer over a low temperature.
  • After 5 minutes you can put the mushrooms with the cavity facing up in another pan with hot oil and fry a little.
