  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 2 cups cheese cubes (200 g)
  • 1/4 cup black olives (50 g)
  • 2 spoons of olive oil (30 ml)
  • 1 spoonful of salt (15 g)
  • 1/2 spoon of black pepper (8 g)
  • 1 spoonful of oregano (15 g)
  • 1/2 red pepper

preparation

  1. First wash the vegetables. Cut the tomato and onion into strips, the cucumber and bell pepper into small cubes. Then put in a bowl.
  2. For the dressing, mix olive oil, salt, pepper and oregano in a bowl and place in the fridge.
  3. Finally, mix the vegetables with the cheese cubes and the olives. Serve and enjoy.

2. Greek salad with romaine lettuce

  • 1 red onion
  • 2 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1 head of romaine lettuce
  • 1 crushed clove of garlic
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 3 spoons of lemon juice (45 ml)
  • 2 spoons of salt (30 g)
  • 1 spoon of pepper (15 g)
  • 3 spoons of soy sauce (45 ml) (optional)
  • 3 spoons of olive oil (45 ml)

  1. First mix the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and soy sauce in a bowl. This will be the dressing for your salad.
  2. Then cook the onion and carrot on medium heat for 15 minutes so that they become soft.
  3. Then wash the lettuce and cut the cherry tomatoes in halves, the peppers into long strips and the cucumber into cubes.
  4. Finally, put all the ingredients in a large bowl and pour some dressing over it. Then salt and pepper and your Greek salad is ready.

  • 2 spoons of olive oil (30 ml)
  • 1/2 cup feta (100 g)
  • 2 spoons of red vinegar (30 ml)

  1. First  , cook the quinoa, like rice, and set aside.
  2. Then mix the vinegar with salt and pepper. This will be the dressing for your salad.
  3. Then cut the tomatoes and the onion into strips and the cucumber into cubes and place in a bowl.
  4. Add the quinoa to the vegetables and mix well.
