  • 500 g pumpkin
  • 2 carrots
  • 100 g leeks
  • 50 g onion
  • 1/4 L water
  • 1 pinch of white pepper
  • one tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil (16 g)
  • 1 sprig of parsley

preparation

  • First, wash the carrots and leeks well. Then the onion and leek are cut very finely.
  • In a pan, the onions and leeks are lightly roasted in a little olive oil. In this way the puree will have an excellent, intense taste.
  • Then the pumpkin is peeled and cut into small cubes.  The carrots are also peeled and cut into thin slices so that they soften quickly.
  • Then cook the carrots and pumpkin for at least half an hour or until tender. The vegetables should be so soft that you can use them to make a fine, homogeneous cream.
  • Then let the vegetables rest for about 10 minutes, because this is how the positive properties can best unfold. Then mix all the ingredients.
  • Process the carrots, pumpkin, leek and onion until a homogeneous cream is formed.
  • This puree can be served with a sprig of parsley or with a little mint.

It is best to eat the puree daily (in the morning or in the evening) for 10 days. It can be combined excellently with a seared chicken fillet, for example.

  • Remember that if you have gallbladder infections, you should  always consume cooked or steamed vegetables.  Vegetable cream soups and fruit compote or, for example, applesauce are highly recommended in this case.
