  • 1 glass of water (200 ml)

  • Put two spoons of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water, then stir thoroughly afterwards.

4. Chamomile tea

You can buy tea bags, but we recommend that you buy the flowers from health food stores.

  • 3 spoons of chamomile flowers (45 g)
  • 2 cups of water (500 ml)
  • Honey (to taste)
  • Juice of half a lemon (optional)

  • Heat the water first and add the chamomile when it boils.
  • Let the tea steep and then strain it. Then sweeten it with honey and also add a little lemon before consumption.

    5. Lavender essential oil

    Many fans of naturopathy use this plant because it contains medicinal substances. Some people place a sprig of lavender on their pillow to help their aroma help them fall asleep.

    Lavender essential oil can be beneficial in both migraine relief and prevention.
