  • 2 cups of spinach (90 g)
  • 3 tbsp vinegar (45 ml)
  • ½ glass of water (100 ml)
  • 1 cup of sliced ​​pineapple (150 g)
  • ½ cup walnuts (75 g)
  • ½ cup raisins (75 g)
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil (5 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon mustard (5 ml)
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt (50 ml)
  • 2 teaspoons chopped parsley (10 g)
  • 1 teaspoon salt (5 g)

preparation

  1. First wash the spinach thoroughly with water and vinegar and place it in a bowl along with the pineapple.
  2. Then crush the walnuts in a mortar until they almost turn into powder and mix them with the grapes. Then add the whole thing to the bowl with the spinach and pineapple.
  3. For your salad dressing, all you have to do now is mix the yogurt with the olive oil, mustard and the chopped parsley.  Finally, add the salt so that the sauce gets a little spice.

  • ½ cup walnuts (75 g)
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (100 ml)
  • 2 tbsp honey (50 g)
  • 1 teaspoon salt (5 g)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (5 g)

preparation

  1. First peel and cut the pineapple and apple into bite-sized pieces and the celery into small cubes.
  2. Then grind the walnuts in a mortar.

  • 1 teaspoon salt (5 g)
  • 3 tbsp yogurt, pineapple flavor (45 ml)
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper (5 g)

preparation

  1. First of all, cut the pepper, apple, and cucumber into small pieces without peeling them.
  2. Then wash the green salad with water and vinegar and place it in a bowl along with the other ingredients. Now add the pineapple and coriander as well.
  3. Then pour the salt, pepper and lemon juice over it, stir a little so that the ingredients mix well and put the bowl in the fridge for 20 or 30 minutes.
