  • 1 liter of water
  • fresh mint
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar (30 g)
  • 1 packet of strawberry gelatine (25 g)
  • 2 cups of mascarpone  (500 g)
  • 1 1/2 cups of heavy cream (300 g)
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest (10 g)
  • 1 packet of orange biscuits (200 g)
  • 2 envelopes of gelatine (14 g)
  • 2 cups halved strawberries (250 g)
  • 3/4 cup melted butter (125 g)

preparation

  1. For the cake base, crumble the biscuits and then mix them with the melted butter.
  2. Use it to shape the bottom into a cake shape.
  3. For the filling, the mascarpone and sugar are mixed together well.
  4. Then add the cream and mix everything well.
  5. Now add the orange zest and the liquid gelatine. Mix all well.
  6. Pour this mixture on the cake base and distribute it well.
  7. Put the cake in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  8. Dissolve the strawberry gelatine in hot water and let it cool down to room temperature.
  9. Arrange the strawberries on the cake and pour the gelatine over them.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator.

2. Gelatin with wine and fruits

ingredients

  • 3 cups of fruit syrup of your choice (720 g)
  • 3 cups of red wine (720 ml)
  • 1 can of pineapple (800 g)
  • 2 packets of grape gelatine (14 g)
  • 2 cups of hot water (400 mL)
  • 1 can of peaches (800 g)
  • 300 g prunes without stone

preparation

  1. Dissolve the gelatine in water and set aside.
  2. Use the syrup from the fruit jars, you will need three cups.
  3. Cut the pineapple and peach into small pieces and set aside.
  4. Warm up the red wine and add the prunes to soften them.
  5. Mix the syrup and red wine.
  6. Mix all ingredients, add the gelatine, add the red wine mixture with the prunes and the cut fruits.
  7. Pour this mixture into molds and chill in the refrigerator.

3. Gelatin with milk and fruit

This recipe with gelatine is also perfect for any occasion: a birthday party, a romantic dinner or a Sunday dinner for the family. It tastes delicious and is sure to be well received by young and old.

ingredients

  • 2 sachets of gelatine (14 g)
  • 2 cups of water (500 ml)
  • 2 cups of milk (500 ml)
  • 1/2 cup sugar (200 g)
  • 1/4 cup of water (125 ml)
  • 1 can of fruit cocktail (250 g)
  • 1/4 water for the gelatine (60 g)

preparation

  1. Boil the fruit and sugar in two cups of water over a low temperature. As soon as the water boils, turn it off.
  2. Dissolve a sachet of gelatin in 1/4 cup of water and add to the fruit mixture. Mix everything well.
  3. Then fill this mixture into molds and refrigerate.
  4. In the meantime, warm up the milk with half a cup of sugar until the sugar dissolves.
  5. Dissolve another packet of gelatine in 1/4 cup of water and add to this milk.
  6. Mix everything well and let cool down to room temperature.
  7. As soon as the fruit gelatine is set, you can pour the milk gelatine over it and put it in the fridge.
  8. Then remove it from the mold and the delicious dessert is ready.

  • 1/2 cup orange juice (120 ml)
  • 2 cups of mango in syrup (400 ml)
  • 1 cup of mango syrup (200 ml)
  • 2 sachets of gelatine (total 14 g) dissolved in water

Ingredients for the gelatin with milk

  • 1 cup of cream cheese (125 g)
  • 1 cup of natural yogurt (125 g)
  • 1 cup unsweetened condensed milk (125 g)
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk (125 g)
  • 1 cup mango, diced (200 g)
  • 2 sachets of gelatine, dissolved in milk (14 g)

preparation

  1. Mix the ingredients for the gelatin dissolved in water until a homogeneous mass is formed.
  2. Pour these into molds and refrigerate until the gelatine sets.
  3. Mix the condensed milk and cream cheese with the yoghurt and gelatine and then pour onto the gelatine that has already set.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator until this layer is also set.
  5. Then remove the molds and decorate the dessert with mango cubes and, if desired, with a mint leaf.
